JNF not required to act for good of all, court told
The petitioners are asking the court to annul an ILA policy that prevents Arabs from participating in bids to purchase land owned by the JNF. The petitioners say the policy is not in keeping with the Basic Law on Human Dignity and Liberty.

Adalah: JNF lands come from state, not Jewish contributors
The JNF holds some 2.6 million dunams, comprising 13 percent of the land in Israel. Adalah says the state gave the JNF close to two million dunams, including lands formerly owned by Arabs that were confiscated or seized. Five Palestinians killed, 15 wounded in Israeli Gaza raid

Five Palestinians buried under tunnel "still alive": witnesses

Peace Now activists released after being detained at outpost
The activists were arrested during a trip organized by the movement for 200 of its members to three outposts in the territories - Nofei Nehemia, Givat Assaf, and Migron.
