Extremist far-right settler groups in the West Bank, continued their declared war against the Palestinian groves, especially the Olive orchards, while the Israeli authorities failed to conduct any legal measures against them. Apparently, the settlers were encouraged by the Israeli decision to close the complaints file

Israel begins testing new West Bank crossing near Qalqilyah
"This has become like the bridge to Jordan, like an international border," said Hisham Abu Radi, a Palestinian farm labourer who spent hours waiting to cross on Tuesday before turning back. The checkpoint at the outskirts of the citrus farming town of Qalqilyah is part of a network of crossings Israel is erecting along the route of the separation barrier.

Clashes in Ofer detention facility dozens injured
Soldiers used hot fire-cannons against the detainees, and fired rubber-coated bullets which have a chemical material that burns the skin. The military assault completely damaged section 6, and caused significant damage in sections 1 and 2; six tents where burnt. Clothes and bed covers were also burnt; soldiers destroyed several beds and personal belongings.
