Israeli comander cleared over slain Palestinian schoolgirl
An Israeli officer has been cleared by a military court of emptying his weapon into a Palestinian schoolgirl after she had already been shot dead, in an incident last year in the Gaza Strip. "The officer was totally innocent of all the charges filed against him," said an army spokesman on Tuesday.

24 injured in police-Bedouin scuffle

Army arrests Leader of Islamic Jihad Leader in Hebron
Israeli troops used the microphones calling the residents to leave their homes, and surrounded a house which belongs to Ahamd Hussein Al Haddar. At least 30 armored jeeps and vehicles invaded the village after the Special Forces surrounded the home of Al Haddar.

Eight residents arrested in the West Bank
Five were arrested in the West Bank city of Hebron during an invasion to the city. The residents are said to be members of Fateh movement. Also troops arrested another one in Tiqua village, south of Bethlehem, and two others were arrested in Al Obeydiyya village near Bethlehem, and Al Samoa’ village near Hebron.

After killing of top Hamas man, Palestinians fire on Israeli car
Palestinian militants on Monday evening opened fire on an Israeli vehicle in the Halhul region south of Hebron, causing no casualties. One bullet, however, penetrated the vehicle.

Arafat the obstacle has been exposed as a myth
