Dashed hopes at Qalqilya crossing
Workers are divided into groups by Israeli authorities and each group needs hours before being allowed entry through the iron turnstiles. This has resulted in a number of workers being fired by their Israeli employers. It should be noted that a condition for using the Qalqilya crossing is the workers must be employed by Israelis on the other side and are allowed entry into Israel.

Plea for life of prisoner with cancer
Turkman was diagnosed with cancerous tumors. In letters sent to international and local rights organizations, the prisoners said Turkman has been in prison for three years and was only recently diagnosed with cancerous tumors. Five killed in Israeli shopping centre blast
At least five people were killed in a suicide bombing at a shopping centre in the Israeli city of Netanya today. Islamic Jihad claimed responsibility for today's explosion, saying the attack was in retaliation for the targeted killings of some of its leaders in Gaza.

Jenin: Islamic Jihad, PA police exchange fire
